I watched a video describing foods to avoid that increase cortisol levels as well as supplementation to help normalize cortisol levels.
I was already taking some of the supplements, but I added Tribulus, HGW, Ginseng, Eleuthero Root and a Full spectrum shroom supplement.
To make it easy on my body, I’m splitting up what I’m taking between morning and night so I’m not washing down 15 pills at a time.
