Elbow Pain

I have been reading about the torn biceps that some of the posters have had, so I became concerned. I have had inside elbow pain for about 2-3 months now. It actually resonates through my forearm when I grip practically anything, sometimes just opening a door causes extreme pain. I have pushed through the pain, but I have noticed it also is painful to the touch on the inside of the actual elbow. Anyone else experience this? If you have any idea what it is please share. Thanks

Sounds like a forearm issue to me. Might also come from a tight pec minor.
For that inside forearm, I really like self applied "Graston" - google and try with olive oil and a dull spoon.
The Armaid is awesome for this, too.

I'm having pain in my elbow and arm right now. I think it's just tendinitis from lots of volume. My plan is to switch squats to SSB and bench to flyes for a little while.

So I got tendinitis right now in my left elbow. Hurts when arm and fingers are out stretched putting pressure on fingers. I've been taking time off but doesn't seem to be getting any better. From searching online it kind of sounds like golfers elbow.

Likely tendonitis. In my experience and from reading, the tear is a single, very noticeable event. Also, not very much pain at all.
