Eating time has very little to do with body composition. Total intake over 24 hours >>>>>>>>>>>>> your preferred eating schedule.
If you enjoy eating every 2 hours, then eat every 2 hours.
If you enjoy only 2 meals a day, do that
If you enjoy only 1 meal a day, do that.
Don't overcomplicate something that should be very preference-based per individual.
