Doxycycline for a cuticle infection (small toe)?

Will this antibiotic work? I am camping and a few days from civilization. I have this for rosacea. I know it isn’t ideal, but in the short term (4 days hike), can it help? Peace peeps.

I like doxy. It’ll do just fine.I typically use keflex or bactrim for shite like that.

Thanks. I would normally go with bactrim, but doxy is all that I have access to for the next few days. Coupled with hiking, I want to manage this as best I can.
