Anyone have any suggestions of a replacement for the pull-ups? I still want to keep it challenging? I saw burpees on the internet but that seems like alot w the pushups.

That does sound like a lot, but not as much as crawling out onto a rock ledge while being peppered with 7.62x39 just to try to radio out while facing certain death.

Understood. I will opt for the burpees

Sturdy table will work for pull-ups

Maybe find a nearby park with monkey bars

Murph was on Monday with a 20lb vest and both big toenails broken from the 6-7 mile march on Saturday.
The left toenail had nearly recovered from the last break.
Didn’t really time Murph this year. I grabbed the flag and took off on the first mile about 5 minutes ahead of everyone else in the 3rd heat knowing it would be slow with the toes and a strained groin.
