Does anyone do blood flow restriction (BFR) training?

I'm building my home gym and I'm limited in weights, so the idea of being able to get to hypertrophy with lighter weight is very appealing.
I know Layne Norton is big on it, but I saw Peter Attia talking about it yesterday, and those are 2 of my most trusted health and fitness sources, so curious if anyone has any experiences.

I mean I'll throw it in some but not whole program. But it's based on science and plenty of studies and real world test show it works.

I’ve listened to Peter Attia several times on the matter. The way he makes it sound just seems way too complicated for me. Ill just squeeze a little harder haha

Definitely helpful for hypertrophy and other physiological benefits. If you’re interested in pure strength, it doesn’t have the same neural stimulus that lifting heavy does
