Diet for someone without Gallbladder

Had gallbladder removed and fatty foods are no bueno. Any suggestions?

Had mine removed 13 years ago, eat whatever I want. Might want to stay close to a restroom for awhile until your body gets used to things.

First year or so nothing fried. I pretty much eat what I want now. I cant eat tomato sauce but I can eat salsa, that has more to do with acid reflux though.

You don’t need to eat white carbs anyway. Stay away from processed sugar as well.

I usually do sugar in the raw
