Delta 8 is the best nights sleep I’ve had since I was a kid.

I love it, everything just feels so amazing as you're cozying up in bed.

Pretty sure there was an OT poster than owned a CBD manufacturer in Colorado. Ordered some from them.

Okay, here’s my report back:

I took a little over a half gummy on an empty stomach at 6:00(I intermittent fast during the week so had no food on my stomach). The good:

1. Getting in bed felt amazing.
2. It took a little while to fall asleep but I ended up sleeping like a rock and feel refreshed today.
3. Dinner tasted better
4. The movie my family watched was much more entertaining.

The bad:
1. I seem to always think negative and paranoid thoughts after taking delta 8/delta 9. Things like, “You’re going to get fired” or “you’ve got cancer”. I’ve got to learn to focus positively and enjoy it.
2. It had my mind and heart racing before bed but that ended up getting better.

I’m gonna keep taking it most nights and do the following;

1. Take only half and a little earlier like 5:30.
2. Push out the negative thoughts
3. Read a book as I get in bed.

Thanks all for the recommendation. This could be a game changer for my sleep and life.

After last night, I prefer Delta 8 over Delta 9 since it seems the Delta 9 wore off a little faster and I didn't feel as relaxed when getting into bed.

Yeah I’ve just got to figure out why the stuff makes me paranoid sometimes

I think that comes with more usage. Sounds weird, but eventually you learn to just enjoy it.

At least that was my experience.

Thanks! Any tips? My friend recommended putting work stuff up and not dwelling on anything negative

That is a good start, I think part of my problem last night was watching Yellowstone before getting into bed. Typically we have been watching "The Office" or "Christmas Vacation" before bed and the changeup might have caused anxiety.

This is the way to live regardless of ingesting THC or not.

Try practicing a little gratitude after taking some. It’ll force you to look at the positive things around ya.

And if you struggle with anxiety/adhd anything like that there’s been a lot of talk/research about NSDR (Non-sleep deep rest) having a positive impact. LINK

The biggest side effect of Delta 8 is that you will pop positive for THC on your company's drug test just like if you were using Delta 9. At least to my knowledge, I don't think they have a test yet to tell the difference.

I don't feel super nuts. But relaxed and almost always end up going to sleep. That could be because I take it later in the day to ease some stress.

Night two was fantastic. Had half a gummy at 6, ate at 7, and went to bed at 9:30. Slept like a baby though it did take a little bit to fall asleep

Ever get your test? I have an abundance of it from the pharmacy if you need a bottle. They refill me every 2 weeks for some reason.
