All I’ve got is don’t do it unless you’re seriously committed to changing your eating habits.I know 5 people that had the gastric sleeve surgery and they all lost a lot of weight initially.A couple years go by and 4 of the 5 were back where they were before they had surgery.
One woman has maintained her weight loss several years later and looks great.

Another woman I worked with had a lap band and I never knew it,she was normal weight.It eroded a hole in her stomach and she nearly died.

No way I would do something this extreme. How many days a week are you exercising and what does your routine look like?

Before you do that, i suggest you ask your GP about GLP-1/Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy).

I started taking it in January and it had helped immensely with my appetite.

I had a 2nd baby 6 weeks ago so my diet and exercise are fricked right now but i continued to lose weight simply because im eating less.
