Saw on my FB time hop where I did this on 03/19/17. I’ve recovered quicker from some ultras than this deal. This is way up there in “dumbest stuff I’ve done with weights.”

I used to do 5 sets of 5 at 405 when prepping for powerlifting meets.

Did 405 with bands in a speed set. That was dumb.
