Just a reminder that sorinex deadcember starts tomorrow. First post goes up on Instagram today at 2pm.

I’d be all over this if I wasn’t traveling to Chicago for the holidays. I won’t have access to equipment from the 22nd to probably the 4th.

Yea I can't do it due to not having a barbell but plan to get after once I'm on the new house.

My plan this month is:
1. 45 mins - hour long bodyweight HIIT/conditioning
2. Main 5/3/1 lift
3. Two accessories. (probably some type of pullup and a variation of one of the main lifts ... so today i'll probably do a variation of my Friday main lift)

Started today:
DL: 255x8, 275x8, 300x8 (60/65/70 %s)
FS: 135x8x3 (40%)
3x8 Supersets of the Russian Leans, DB Squat Jumps (held 25s) and Planks
3x8 Supersets of Banded Pull-thrus, DB Lunges (held 40s) and Ab Rollouts.
Cold, dry hands on the final set of 8 deadlifts sucked.

A day behind..
Day 3 yesterday:
4x3 Deadlift with 5 sec eccentric: 255, 275, 295, 315
4x3 Back Squat with 5 sec eccentric: 215, 235, 255, 275
Super sets:
3x5 1-legged squats (5 sec eccentric)
3x8 KB swings at 72lbs
3x30 flutter kicks
3x8 goblet squats at 72lbs
3x20 terminal knee extension
3x10 med-ball v-ups

Deadlift: 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 at climbing %s ending at 80%
Bench: 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 at climbing %s ending at 85%
Followed by one 3 movement superset x3
I may keep climbing past the 80% and 85% and go for a near 1RM.
