My muscle definition is much better. I've finally started losing the belly fat. Losing fat and hanging on to muscle is a tough out.

I finally got down to 210 this week. I was 243 18 months ago before I had a thyroidectomy. I was lifting harder than now and just getting fat. Now my blood level is in normal range and I feel way way better.

I've been working out, just not posting it. Started today fasting for a blood draw.
5 giant sets of pin squats x4, weighted pushups x10 and axle rows x5.
Hadn't cleaned my 300 LB sandbag in a bit. Did 5 singles with it. Then, bloodflow restriction arms to finish.

Did volume work yesterday, strongman today.
4 supersets of farmers walk with 200 in each hand for 50 feet and suitcase farmers walk with 124 in a single hand.
4 more supersets of yoke walk with 475 and weighted ab wheel. Some brief calf work and tabata sledgehammer swings to finish.
