Cutting energy/soft drinks and body response

For those that have eliminated energy or soft drinks how did your body respond? Was weight loss noticeable?

Yes. I lost weight and now it’s almost impossible to drink them because it tastes like drinking syrup out of a can. I used to drink 2-3 cokes a day and sweet tea. Now I drink water and unsweet tea.

Cutting out liquid calories is a great way to begin losing weight. Obviously you still have to not overdue the eating, but it's definitely a good way to start weight loss and, if you're into it, you could gradually work in better eating habits.

same with beer. I gain 5 pounds roughly every football season due to it
