I've been back on creatine for a few weeks for the first time in a couple of years and I've noticed a definite improvement in my knee pain. I can go up and down stairs nearly free of pain now. It's the only change I've made recently in my health and fitness routine. I don't think it's placebo effect because I didn't expect it to do anything for my knee pain. I've been looking online and there are a few studies indicating it might help, but nothing definite. Anybody else notice this?

i notice i get less pain overall in my joints, my personal opinion on this is due to the water retention in the muscles and around the joints, there is less grinding. just my theory on it though

I have taken 5g of creatine religiously for years and just had to get a cortisone shot in my shoulder ac joint for arthritis pain.
