Not sure this is the right place.

I am going to be calling the doc but also want to know about other natural treatment.

I am 42 male 165 lbs and healthy other than having crohns.

Tested positive on Monday morning. Aches and sensitive sinus have been the biggest complaints. Slight cough, and no fever. Tested positive again this morning. I have noticed the left hand side of my chest is the achiest. Especially taking a very deep breathe it feels like the pain of having a fractured rib.

Of course with Covid I have to be concerned with lung infection and sharp pains with a deep breathe is a symptom of pneumonia. No fever or real cough but Gonna Dr on demand about it.

I wanted to know if specific vitamins and minerals I should be doing right this second any which way whether it’s pneumonia or not?

If you've taken the vaccine you could be having clots. I have a friend who got sick with doctors calling it pneumonia only to find out it was clots. So I would get it checked out..

If it is just covid, you want the vitamin d+k, mineral supplement for the zinc, and megadose the vitamin C (like at least 4 g a day). The vitamin C helps process the shite that accumulates in the lungs during covid. There is something else to take that helps absorb zinc because covid does something that lessens its ability to uptake it or some such.

I have Crohns as well, vaccinated plus the booster. Had Covid at the beginning of the month. Basically, I just took basic cold/flu protocol. Took lots of alka seltzer cold and flu. Loaded up on vitamin C, zinc, and vit D. Also, stayed on my crohns meds religiously. I slept, A LOT. It all passed in about 3 days. Everyone is different though. Best of luck in battling this.

Big proponent of the I-Mask protocol. My internal med guy follows it and has never had a patient in ICU except one that got the on-call doc. He left his practice over that one because the on-call guy didn’t advise treatment.

My guy adds a daily dose of Pepcid to his treatment that I-Mask doesn’t include for some reason. Pepcid is a known viral inhibitor.

Treated my wife and 70+ year old mother with this and both were fine.

Coconut oil would also be good for this stuff. I didn't think about it but it is possibly so good it could be in the general health supplements. Of course you don't have to use it as a supplement since you can just use it as your cooking oil.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32602684/

The medium chain fatty acids and monoglycerides found primarily in coconut oil have miraculous healing power which act as natural antibiotic and also help modulate immunity. The information discussed in this review explains that coconut oil, either topically applied or ingested, gets broken down to release Lauric Acid and Monolaurin - known anti-microbial agents. The studies reported in literature are discussed to evaluate the antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal benefits of coconut oil. Not only does coconut oil metabolites have antimicrobial activity but also these remarkable derivatives have been shown not to cause resistance organisms to appear. The anti-microbial mechanistic action also helps activate the antiinflammatory nature of the immune response in human body.

Appreciate all the advice. Turned out being muscular. Feeling a ton better today. I am going to invest in one of those percussion massagers though. Body aches are miserable.
