Constant tendon pain

I think I have tendonitis in the shoulder which has made it too painful to bench press or curls. Also in the foot from wearing high heels. Nothing seems to work. What do you guys do to make it better? It is ruining my training and progress.

Quit wearing your sisters shoes for starters.

Just got rid of tendinitis in my shoulder by going to physical therapy. Stretching and different strengthening exercises got rid of it. I couldn’t bench or do any shoulder press exercises. Incline bench was absolutely unbearable.

Not I’ve got it in my left forearm, between flexors and extensors. Can hardly curl. Probably has much to do with my diet, it’s been pitiful the last 5-6 days.

Inflammatory foods I mean. Fried stuff and or fatty foods.

Are you taking any collagen? That helped a bunch with my shoulders and elbows, just put it in your coffee.

May try it if it might work. Whatever it takes to get rid of it
