I don't know what you're doing in the gym, but it's probably the basketball and the running. You're way too young to be piling up ouchies like this. I'm almost 50, and don't get injured that often training for powerlifting 5 days a week. 4/5 of your injuries are essentially posterior chain (your neck can be greatly impacted by what is going on in your lower body.)
Possibly find a massage therapist that focuses on sports therapy (my center says it is a chiropractor, but it's almost entirely muscle and joint based therapy.)

When you hit 40 you start injuring yourself sleeping so you have that to look forward to.

I'm no stranger to calf strains from running. I basically have to do a warmup routine that involve a few light impact drills for a totalof 5ish mins. Then I'm ready to run. If I don't do that I'll strain within the first half mile and it feels like a Charlie horse. Oh I'm early 30s.
