Choline supplements

Anyone supplemented with products designed to improve choline production in the brain?
It's supposed to be good for memory and preventing the onset of dementia and alzheimers. Getting closer to 40, I've been paying attention to stuff like that more.
I have used Huperzine and Alpha GPC along with Choline before bed. I selected those because they have a decent basis in research.
Obviously I'm not going to feel the delay in dementia, but I do feel a bit sharper (could be placebo). The big effect I've noticed is an immersive dream experience. My dreams are so vivid, I've been waking up because I'm so emotionally pumped. I wake up sad, angry or excited from the intensity of the dream.
So I'm interested in anyone else's experiences.

Bump, just in hopes someone's got experience here. The dreams are really bugging me out.

i dont with those, I do take n-pept though for help with brain function. I would love to take choline and some others as I know from research they do help as a cognitive enhancers but i can't afford it right now.

Take in morning or at lunch, not before bed.

I've been splitting doses into morning and night. I actually like the dreams as long as they're not an upsetting topic. It's fun that I have consistent dreams and they're incredibly vivid.
777, thoughts on n-pept? I've tried piracetam before and it seems similar.

I have taken almost all of them and switch up here and there. The only consistent one I take is NOW True Focus as that seems to help first thing in the morning. They all seem to be about the same to me except if I take a break(like a week) and then stack I can feel a difference. But everyday I guess I am use to it.
The only ONLY true difference maker is Modafinil/Armodafinil to me semi-daily, BUT it does make me not get as good a sleep than if I skip a day. To me the better, more vivid the dreams means a better, deeper sleep than mild sleep apnea which I am prone because of snoring. Hey if you are having deep REMs I would keep doing what youre doing

Yeah, that's a big reason I'm continuing. I figure a ton of dreams generally means decent sleep.
The long term effects om cognition, well, they're just tough to gauge.

What brand? I might want to switch up the piracetam, and the n-pept seems like a substitute for n-pept.
