72 year old Sigourney Weaver? "Easily 6 and a half minutes".
Or 46 year old Kate Winslet at 7.5 minutes?

I'm calling BS on this. I could possibly make it 3 minutes under perfect conditions and that beats most people I've asked.

I haven't asked a message board before though. How long can you hold your breath and what kind of training did it take?

I swam for exercise for a period, then got interested in SCUBA. I was certified and did the dives for a few years. While doing this I occasionally tried and made it to 1 1/2 minutes. I never thought about training to do it any longer.

I will say that just being still and concentrating on a calm, peaceful scene helped.

Just did 96 seconds without any breathing exercises. Used to be really good at this when playing horns.

With that said i seriously doubt those hoes can do that long.

Just did a few breathing exercises and jumped to 131 seconds
