What do you mean by masses of volume? Do you mean more than the program's Day 1 and Day 2 workouts provide?

10k pushups, 5k chins, 5k rows, 5k dips per month. Don't all have to be at once. Pick a push and a pull and get after it for 2 months straight.

After that switch to the other 2 for 8 weeks.

After that switch back and but do a harder variation.

For legs/conditioning walking lunge for a 1/2 mile per day. Goodluck
