BP spike

41 year old male. I monitor my BP probably every other day or so. It’s usually perfect. Somewhere around 115/75. The last 3 days, however, all of a sudden I’m getting readings in the 130s/low 90s to upper 80s. Completely caught me off guard. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sure, but I believe a high stress event in my life caused the spike in other than that, normal here.

Go back and look at either your work meeting schedule and the people involved, or your wife. One or the other is likely responsible.
For the last three weeks, I've been invited to a 7AM call, where, three days in, I learned a complete fark up was going to be communicated, usually 30 seconds before the meeting was over. The meeting is M-Th only. My blood pressure elevates itself in anticipation of this meeting, and is lower on Fridays.
