When I think of a recomp, I'm picturing someone wanting to lower bf% while their weight stays the same. Like somebody at 200lbs 14% bodyfat wanting to hit 200lbs 7% bodyfat without doing it over the course of several cutting and bulking cycles.
I've only ever known people to do that sort of thing over the course of years, doing something like a zigzag diet day to day with total weekly calories being at or above maintenance levels.

Try fasting and go 36 hours or more every few days with a minimum of 20 hours and you will lose weight without a doubt. Also exercise right before breaking the fast.

I’m going to start again at 5:30 am and do some cardio, keeping my HR around 120-130 for about 30-40 min.
