Anyone put together a cheat sheet for goals for different biomarkers from bloods tests or other similar testing? Blood glucose, cholesterol, liver enzymes etc

Would love to steal it from y’all to set some goals for myself.

Have you ever had blood drawn for labs? If so, just look at your results, Quest and Labcorp should provide reference ranges for what is considered within normal limits. All of my lab reports from both of them have the reference ranges.

If you haven't had any blood drawn, just do an image search for it. "Lipid panel reference ranges" "CMP reference ranges" "CBC reference ranges" etc.

I work in healthcare so I guess my cheat sheet is in my head, so sorry there, but the image search gives me lots of good results.

In addition to those basic tests, check your calcium, iodine, and vitamin D.

How old are you? Your PCP should be ordering that for you if you are over 40.

How extensive do you want to go?

You could just follow Bryan Johnson’s blueprint protocol blood panel if you’ve got the money for it.
