So just wanted to post the bill star rehab protocol. If you have a muscle injury or an iniury like sciatic nerve pain you should be doing this protocol. It is hell, it hurts, it will make you want to quit but it will fix you. This also goes for tendonitis and the like.

I ran starting strength for 4 months until I tore my pec on a set of 5. There’s honestly no way I could have done this protocol afterwards. It’s been over a year and I still have a massive divot on the side of my chest.

its burtal and you essentially just have to man up if you don't tear the muscle from the bone. Just have to do it.
