Got the injection on Friday. Rested till today. Went light in the gym, zero pain. Doc thinks it’s more muscle related near my rotator cuff, no tears. That’s good news. Hopefully it’ll stay this way. I forgot what no pain feels like. It’s good to sleep again!

1.) You don’t have to OH press. Once you accept that it’s pretty liberating. At a minimum, DBs only overhead.
2.) Crossover Symmetry is amazing. Get the kit, do the program. Cost is worth it.
3.) Stretch that thoracic and free up the shoulder
4) Really work the tissue mobility in that area. Pec Minor, subclavius expecially. Then go into a banded stretch. Kelly Starrets stuff is great here. I took a tennis ball, put on the end of a 3ft wooden dowel, and used it.
