Bicep/elbow pain during low bar squat
I had some severe pain in my biceps earlier this week and I've had it before. I found out it's from squats and particularly low bar. If you have this problem, try to take the pinky finger off the bar and make a thumbless grip. It's also more comfortable to me.

Also bring arms in closer, Johnny pain has talked about the wide grip on the squat causing elbow pain a couple times on his trainees.

I've heard opposite and it works on me to go wider. The closer I got, the worse it was on my shoulders.

My hands are very wide on low bat squats. Almost to the hooks on each side.

I’d work on shoulder/forearm/wrist mobility.
