Best soft tissue doctors / practitioners?

Who do y’all go to for soft tissue type of nagging issues? I don’t even want to call them injuries, but the elbow and shoulder things that always happen whenever you get in a good rhythm of lifting heavy.
I’ve tried a handful of orthopedic surgeons or PT folks, and it’s always pretty elementary stuff or more stuff that I’d say is like injury / old folk related. Where do you go to get the kind of stuff that like actual athletes do to get these types of nagging annoying issues resolved?

Hell I would go see a primary care sports medicine doctor

I would see a chiropractor. Primary docs are going to do nothing, or refer to specialist, who will recommend PT or chiropractor for "soft tissue", whatever that means anymore...

I go to these dudes, and they’re so pointless. They don’t seem to know dick about actually being in-shape or working out.
