Best running belt with otter box defender case for iPhone 8+

Looking for recs on a running belt that can handle iPhone8 plus and built otter box defender case. Any help would be appreciated

mine fits my V30 with a decent-sized case:
phone dimensions 151.7 x 75.4 x 7.4 mm (sans case) --eta: the V30 is bigger than the iPhone 8, so you should be good.
it's tight, but i can take it in and out while running that's what she said.

when i run in a belt, i run in a SPI belt. it can handle anything short of an ipad. that being said, Salmon's naked belt looks like a better get to me, albeit, more expensive.

Thank you gentlemen. Getting ready to train for first 10 mile trail run. Running belt should look real good on 46 year old 6’4” 295 lb physique.

I recently got a pair of these compression shorts with pockets. Holds my phone w otterbox no problem and holds it tight to the body so it's not bothersome while running.
I don't know if this solves your problem, but I love them.

My wife would hit me with a taser if I tried leaving the house in compression shorts. Too much junk in the trunk at this point.
