Anyone else consistently do the beachbody workouts? I'm on round 4 of Lift4 right now. I really do like this workout, but i want to incorporate more yoga and pullups. I've done multiple rounds of P90X3 and i've done 22 minute hard corp but never finished. I like the duration of these workouts, same with lift4. But i'm going to need some variation pretty soon so i don't get bored.

I am finding, that in my 4th round of Lift4, my form is getting much better and i'm slowing down my movements a lot. My strength is also going up as well.

Oh and I can do the Possible Impossible (push-ups with hands on medball and feet on stability Swiss ball) with one leg now. It’s hard

I completed Lift 4 last week. Started another round this week. Like it a lot. The push-up thread also got me motivated to do that as well. Thought about hammer and chisel but decided to go another round of lift 4

I’ve been doing 21 day fix. I’m about to pull the trigger and start 80day obsession. I love the options that beach body has.

Will Lift 4 help you put on mass? I’ve been doing p90x3 and 21day in part of a weight loss competition. I’m down over 40lbs since January but now after competition is over I want to put on more mass and not lean out to “skinny” side.

I put on a little doing it. I mean there is only so much mass you could put on with these types of workouts. I do a little extra after the workouts and take about 150 grams minimum of protein a day.
