Prior to lifting, I currently just do a caffeine pill and beta alanine for energy mixed with a scoop of creatine. I've tried to keep it simple over the years. Would I benefit from
bCAAs or Glutamine? Are those two worth the money?

Depends, are you able to get protein in before and after lifting? If not, then yes you would benefit from bcaas.
As glutamine goes, I am over the believe it on to helps recovery and needs to be mega dosed to be effective. So if you have the cash grab some and see how you react

If for some reason you are training fasted, then they will both help in the energy department. If for some reason you are running a KETO diet, then most people say BCAA's will take you out of ketosis (I am not too certain on this as I do not run a pure Keto diet) I take BCAA's with coffee and a cup of juiced greens and ginger and it does the trick for me.
