Put a much greater emphasis on your Trig/HDL ratio. Under 4 is ok, under 2 is ideal. Getting it 1/1 or lower is golden. However, take it all with a grain of salt. The numbers change hr to hr and depends on the amount of energy you have moving around your body. Massively increasing calories of a low carb diet will shun your trigs and raise you hdl. It is a fascinating aspect I look forward to future studies on.

That video was extremely helpful and informative. My present numbers are almost exactly the same as the athletic patient highlighted in the lecture. That gave me a list of terms to further research.

As for the Triglyceride - HDL ratio, I’m at about 1.6, which is ideal. Thanks again guys.
