Does anyone have a method or program that can increase your ez/Olympic bar curl max 50 pounds or so (or more) in a year?

Your back will not survive the rocking

Conclusion: What does it take to achieve a 100 kg curl?

First and foremost, to perform a 100 kg bicep curl, you need years and likely at least a decade of training experience under your belt. And by training experience, I don’t just mean showing up to gym. I’m talking about hard, heavy, progressive training designed to elicit maximum strength development.

Additionally, you’ll need a solid frame that’s capable of accumulating plenty of muscle mass. You just don’t see small guys weighing under 200 lbs curling 100 kg.

I’ve watched too many bicep tendon tear videos to ever think about shooting for big curl numbers.

Everyone is gonna have some program...this and that with fancy programming and periodization etc

Give you advice an old strong mother fricker gave me when i was just a teenager(and there are meme out there with similar sayings)

If I told you, if you didn't put 50 lbs on your squat in the next 30 days I was gonna kill your family....how would you go about programming it?? He said would you do some fancy periodization with all these scheduled days off to make sure you didn't over train and do all these rep schemes etc?

frick no you wouldn't. You would go in there and attack that shite every fricking day. You would push for extra reps every session, you would add weight constantly and be in there in some form or fashion 7 days a mother fricking week, you would eat your fricking arse off and you would make sure you got 8-10 hours of good sleep every single night.

Why?? Cause it's a mother fricking priority when your families life is on the line

Well if you want this.....why is it much different? Or any goal really different???

Now biceps are a little smaller than legs
so can't do heavy every day but go in 2 days a week and get 3 rpt sets progressing in weight and then do 10 sets of 5 heavier after as back off sets 531 bbs style.

2 other days go in and get after chins.

Or do curls daily and just treat it like you would frequency method bodyweight work. Lighter but lots of reps building both weight snd total reps over time.
