Back pain from sitting?

No time to go to any therapy, as I leave for a trip tomorrow. I am getting the worst tightness in the LB ever and it's always after sitting for a while or sleeping. Once up and about, it's pretty good. Returns when I sit back down, but not while I am sitting. I am guessing bad sitting posture. No radiation-very low in the back. Advice?

In the very short term I would do some disc pumps (like a less exaggerated cat-cow) and what they call lazy pushups as stretches in the am first thing and again after you get to hotel before dinner and again before bed. Then try not to sit for more than an hour without standing up and doing some back stretching or walking a bit. If your trip has a long time in a car or plane, I’d get a lumbar pillow for the trip too, and take ibuprofen before the traveling.

Prolonged sitting is the new smoking.
Get a foam roller and use it every morning and evening at a minimum.
Like above poster said, try stretching often, don't sit for a prolonged time without getting up and moving around.
As far as sleeping at night, the one thing that has always helped me is sleeping with several pillows under my lower legs.
Think about a trigger point gun. I got my first one almost two years ago and I use it for 30-60 minutes every night. Don't know how I lived without one.
