Anyone’s systolic blood pressure high, but diastolic perfectly normal?

I fluctuate between 130-137 over 72-77. Bottom number is never above 80 or below 70, but top number (systolic) is usually higher than 130 but never over 140. I guess that’s borderline prehypertension for systolic but does having a good bottom number (diastolic) negate the higher first number or help out?

I’m the opposite. Usually 120/90ish. Doctor is concerned. I’m already on medicine.

Yea other than cholesterol. My BP is weird though like yours. Sometimes the systolic is in the 120s, but mostly like you posted.

Make sure the cuff is the right size, and do manual BP checks. Too small a cuff=“elevated” BP.

I am 115/70. When my thyroid is off, it usually is 130/90

My lowest was like 104/62
