Yes. It's not revolutionary, but it's designed to help food absorbtion.

I take it and it certainly does not hurt. I feel I process the food fairly well with it, but I've used it consistently for years, so I'm a little past the point I'd expect to get noticeable results.

It's a digestive enzyme that assists with protein breakdown and digestion.

It also starts with "bro" so it seems perfect for your username.

I think Vince Gironda said it helped the muscles either get into synthesis faster or stay in synthesis longer. Can’t really remember but he was an advocate of eating pineapples and papayas because of the bromelain in them.

The breakdown helps protein be delivered to muscles, thus helping speed recovery and decrease post workout soreness and inflammation.

This. It is Anti-inflammatory which is huge. Given that many health problems & diseases are scientifically proven to arise from inflammation of cells.

It’s found in the inner core of pineapples.
