I would lose the Kratom. It can be constipating, so it will muddy the waters when the MD is doing his differential.
The diarrhea could actually be kratom withdrawal if you are taking a bunch.

I suffered for a decade from ulcerative colitis, which is very similar to Crohn's. Last month I started taking a peptide called BPC-157 which I researched after seeing it posted numerous times in IBS/digestive disorder articles, blogs, and in online videos. It is one of a few peptides that can be taken orally or via subcutaneous injection. Within a week of daily use, I noticed a significant improvement in my health. My bowels started functioning normally again without the pain and burning sensation of waste moving through my colon. After three weeks of continued use, I decided to reintroduce foods and beverages that would normally set off a cascade of miserable symptoms but not one single symptom has surfaced in over a week.

Hi, thanks for writing to us! I think you have food poisoning (gastroenteritis). Gastroenteritis can manifest itself in diarrhea and cramps. Stool can be solid, liquid, or even a mixture of both. It usually lasts for a day or two, so try and drink a lot of fluid and food to keep it down. Stay away from alcohol and fat for a week and then gradually reintroduce them slowly. I recommend you to stay away from tea (a weak opiate and a common cause of diarrhea). I would also recommend you to see your doctor in person. He might find something like H.pylori that can be treated with antibiotics.

Tell me more about this. Where do you buy and what is your dosage?

I got mine online from Peptide Sciences. I bought the 5mg bottle and took (200mcg /.06ml) 2x a day.

Did you inject or mix with water? Do you still use it?

Go see a gastro and get a screening. It’s actually quite pleasant to cleanse and get put under for a minute

I did subcutaneous injections and alternated the shots into my lower belly or the fat layer over my lower obliques. I just finished 2 bottles that lasted 3.5 weeks. So far, I'm eating anything I feel like with absolutely no digestive discomfort. I am looking forward to holiday eating for the first time in a decade.
