Just finished Joe Defranco’s ‘Built Like a Badass’ and really enjoyed the program because it had some heavy lifts and dynamic moves as well. Anyone have any 8-12 week programs they’ve done that they really like that would be similar?

Hybrid as in contains powerlifting and Olympic lifting or Hybrid as in bodybuilding/powerlifting combined with cross fit?

In general if you are doing garage gym, 6 weeks to superhero by thib is awesome.

Greyskull lci is also very good

Brute body by brute strength is awesome but very very fricking demanding

High intensity interval bodybuilding is awesome but stupid fricking hard

Revival strength functional bodybuilding programs are awesome but hard as frick

531 kypteria is prolly close to what you are looking for but doesn't have Olympic lifts

Zombie apocalypse on tnation is also very good

Plenty to choose from. Give more info and I can help

do arse to the grass paused squats Olympic style.

you’ll need a lot of flexibility to do this and you’ll also need to reduce the weight you’re lifting, but they absolutely blow up your legs.

YouTube klokov Squats, or Clarence Kennedy Squats.

also doing front squats too.

Besides that just do pyramid sets on the leg press as a finisher.

start light, increase the weight, do a top set til failure, drop some weight go to failure, drop more weight go to failure etc

I guess I liked the fact that the beginning of the workout focused on some powerlifting sets and after that it was more dynamic moves with some supersets and in general some challenging stuff at end. I specifically liked timed pushups to 100 and a lot of the barbell and dumbbell complexes.
