If you do, what do you use to get rid of it? The Rx's I've tried don't work at all.

Try Nizoral shampoo. Lather and let it sit for 5-10 minutes then rinse.

I had it about 7-8 years ago. I went to the doctor and they gave me a prescription, a single pill. I was told to take it prior to vigorous exercise where I would be sweating.

Ketoconazole

1 week of it. Goes away every time. Just gotta give up the booze while you do it or it won't work.

Then pop a pill once a month after it goes away and that usually keeps it at bay for me.

Have tried the shampoos and topical stuff; never seems to work.

Cut out all simple sugars from your diet and start taking expensive probiotics

Yes. Use head and shoulders as a body wash for two weeks. Get the clinical strength one.

The selenium sulfide and zinc are what kill it

I tried to get this a few years ago after taking it when I was younger. I was told that most doctors don’t prescribe this anymore as an oral. Large chance of getting gynecomastia
