I normally just eat Brown Rice, Chicken, and a combo of corn/green beans/peas.

Looking to eat something other than that. Anyone have some good recipes that stay around 500 calories per meal?

Do chicken tacos

2lb Chicken thighs
1 jar salsa
1 can cream of whatever
1 onion
Jalapeños

In a crock pot for several hours and good to go. Finish with cheese if you want.

muscle gain with fat burn?

Sighhhhh

Why do people believe this is a thing

Add muscle and size then you add ls fat

When cutting and fat loss you need to increase protein so you keep any muscle you already have

What do you like to eat? You do realize you can make just about anything into a 500 calorie meal, right? Just make sure you have enough protein; google recipes for stuff you don’t feel comfortable making

Why do I believe it?

Because I've done it before. shite I've probably lost more weight then 99% of people do in their lifetime

I'm just looking for something other than chicken and rice.

Your not building muscle

Weight loss isn’t the same as building muscle

You are cutting fat to bring out muscle you already have

Good on you tho

So you are saying the science behind muscle building and fat loss isn’t correct?
