Very light hammer curls between sets. I usually do 10-20 lbs for sets of 10 or 12. I haven’t been doing them and now I have tendinitis. LSU may have factual help other than a 43 year old’s anecdote

At age 53, if I do more than one day a week in addition to the cycling I do, I'm burned out and toast. My biggest struggle as I get older is more rest > overtraining (which for me is more than once per week)
