Anyone done the 5-3-1 Krypteia program?

Is it supposed to seem really easy at the start? I'm doing it as 3-5-1, so now I'm in the second week which is easier than the first. I don't see next week being much of a challenge either. The only hard part has been doing 5-6 sets of 10 chinups as assistance work.
He says to keep the TM the same for the second cycle and just go harder on the assistance work, but would it be a mistake to increase the main lifts as well?
I switched to this after doing Greyskull for the past 3 months (thanks to this board for that). I had really nice gains with that, but was starting to plateau and decided to change things a bit, but this definitely feels different not trying to push the weight limits every time.
I plan to try to stick with this for a full cycle. I like the faster pace with the supersetted assistance work. I'm doing this with my 2 sons, so I think the faster workouts will be easier to continue once school starts. I would like to push a little harder, but don't want to do something now that will mess up the later cycles.

I have and really like it.
What I did was upped the weight on the assistance work and got the time lower then added as he describes to the tm.
When I started using two 70lb kettlebells for the squats and sldl, that shite got hard lol
But you can always go for rep PRs on the main lifts or add joker sets of you want too.
