I'm already planning mine.
400+ bench
500+ squat
600+ deadlift
By the end of 2018

Lol you'll be fine. Keep going to the gym, it's a time to unwind.

Not a New Years resolution but by my 32nd birthday and around my daughters 1st bday, which is 1 year after getting back in the gym -

1. Quit Smoking - done
2. DL - 500, Squat - 400, Bench - 300
3. 5 mile run
4. Take my dogs to the park and my daughter for cupcakes on my birthday

Bonus: Get down to 195lbs

315 Squat
225 Bench
405 Deadlift

Bench will far and away be the hardest. I think those are more 6 month goals if I'm being honest. All I really need to do is keep sticking with my Greyskull plan and do it steadily.

I will be happy when I can do each of those for a single. But I have every intention of the squat and bench to be a working weight at some point.

I think I'm going back to teetotaling.

If knees allow I'm going to train for a full marathon. This summer, I ran 27 miles in under 24 hours (14 and then 13.1) but never at once.

Add in some form of stretching/yoga junk.

Get back into biking and swimming.

Finish off 30 ski days.

More muscle tone.

I'll refine these over the next two months.
