My father in law is looking for a good doctor in Lafayette. He had an MRI that showed something they want to biopsy and he would like to get a second opinion. He lives in a small town so medical care is limited where he is.

Southern Urology has a bunch of good urologists and great radiation oncologist.. They see an incredible amount of prostate cancer so I'd go there.

Southern Urology has the Lafayette area wrapped up. The office is usually packed and you might have to schedule far in advance. Some of their physicians are good; some not so good, imo. I suggest reading some online reviews and making your request accordingly.

My husband, dad and father in law all went to southern urology. Husband for the snip and the dads for an elevated PSA. I would trust nobody in Lafayette for cancer of the prostate. Both my fil and dad went MDA for treatment.
