Any recommendations for elbow sleeve/pad for tendinitis?

Don't know how or when I "hurt" my elbow, but it has been giving me issues lately when doing lat pull downs and curls. Don't really notice it when doing anything else.
I know conventional wisdom says to rest, but I was wondering if anyone had success mitigating something like this with a sleeve or pad?

I have some experience with this.
A sleeve will mask the hurting but it’s hurting for a reason and it could be on the verge of tearing. Go down as low as you have to on weights until it stops hurting or yes, you can take a break altogether. I hurt mine doing front raises and had to drop weight all the way down to 5-8 lbs per dumbbell for it not to hurt when lifting. After several weeks, maybe even 4-8 weeks, I was back and good to go.

Pain on the inside of your elbow or outside?

Mainly located inside the elbow where my veins are.

Where on the elbow?
Top of the forearm muscle or on the inside near the bone?

Start a daily scoop of collagen protein. It's like the fountain of youth for tendons.

More on the Brachialis I guess.
Right where the crook of the elbow meets the muscle.

I have it there and at the top of the carpi radialis.
Elbow arthritis is my main culprit.

I’ve been using some elbow braces from Gymshark for about a year. Works like a charm.

I will say I notice it on all pulling lifts and no pushing lifts.
Any idea what it could be?

Work the extensors all the way to the wrist from the elbow..
Scrape, massage, etc..

I'm always going to suggest the Thera-band flex bar.
Outside elbow pain...(tennis elbow) do the Tyler Twist.
Inside elbow pain...(golfer's elbow) do the reverse Tyler Twist.
Also, use Aleve and Ibuprofen and treat with ice.
