Any Feedback on Captains of Crush Grippers

Does anyone here do any grip specific training? I’m looking at getting the set with the 1, 1.5, and 2...

I have two. I think they're better testing tools than building tools, honestly.

I think there are better investments for building grip strength, but COC are a great standard for figuring out where you stand.

By type:

Open Hand: Sandbag.

Crush: Gorilla grip or Farmers Walks.

Support grip: Fat Gripz or just timed holds of a bar or DB's.

Discount: Pullups gripping a towel, or just dead hang with a towel for crush and support. For open hand, grab the end of a dumbbell. Pinch, just pinch plates together for time.
