Haven't taken that, but I've taken experimented with several of the ingredients in there.

Ashwagandha and Longjack (heh) did absolutely nothing for me that I could tell. I include magnesium and zinc in my vitamin regimen and personally I think they have helped me sleep/recover better. As always, your experience may be different.

I take Zinc and Magnesium and find it beneficial. I don't know about the other stuff.

I take ZMA every night. The doses are the same.

I’m wondering about the other stuff.

The diindolylmethane is the main compound found in broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and kale.

I'm gonna try it and see how it goes.

3 months for $100.

Which, if I factor out the cost of ZMA for 3 months, equals $55 for the 3 month trial. Not that bad to see if it works.

Yeah, I wasn’t going to do it, but since my normal ZMA costs are $15-$16 per month, I’m only paying $55 for the 3 months, or $18-$19/month for the trial.

Keep us posted on any improvements or differences. Don't take anything at night other than melatonin and / or CBD

I am in my third week of taking it. I have the Status, Blade, and GH Peak (T booster, fat burner, and overnight GH). I have seen results, but I believe it has more to do with the increased physical activity I am doing. Their workout routines are well thought out and the lit behind them makes a lot o sense. I am not one to weigh myself, but I am losing inches based on how my clothing fits.

I have hypothyroidism...resulting in low B12, D, and T levels. I was more than 85% deficient in D and B12 so I was prescribed meds about two weeks ago. I just had a redo of my bloodwork this past Thursday and should get results back this week so I am interested.

At the end of the day, it is not possible to pinpoint what makes the differences.

I'm in W3 taking it.

Switched to this overall 1x per week 80-85% lifting instead of 2 since I'm doing other things throughout the week and I need the weekly rest.

Last sets today:
305 Squat
255 Bench
350 Deadlift
175 Strict Press
+100lbs on Tricep Dips
+35lbs on Weighted Pullups

Final set numbers a few weeks ago: 265-275 on Squat, 235 on Bench, 335 on Deadlift, 165 on Strict Press and +70 on the dips. Next weight on the pullups will be +50 but I'm waiting before moving up on that.

Next week, I plan to finish at 315 on squat, 260-265 on bench, 355-360 on deadlift, 175 on Press (that final 3rd rep of set 5 was max effort) and stick with the same on Dips (slower and controlled reps) and the same on pullups.
