I'm roughly in the same boat as you. I had a hard crash yesterday after working out and eating lunch. Went to bed at 8:15 and slept about 10 hours last night. Normal night is 7 hours maybe 8 so good on sleep typically. Getting T level checked Friday morning. I'm hesitant to start on T at 37 but I can't deal with these energy crashes.
I lost about 25 lbs changing diet. Started in the gym about 3 weeks ago and maybe I'm impatient but the lack of energy sucks. I went to bed at 8:15 last night. Since starting in the gym, I'm down another 7 or 8 lbs. I'm currently 6' and 194 lbs. Cardio is cycling. Mostly on the peloton but I've been on the mountain bike a couple of times recently also.
