yea video is stupid, he was doing heavy heavy preachers with extended eccentric phase. he has talked about it a couple times on his instagram.
so op, you mean a person over loaded an exercise that puts the muscle in extreme stretch position and did extremely slow eccentric and he had somehting bad happen???? using a weight he has admitted he was not close to ready for???
thats it, never doing preacher curls again, too dangerous.
in fact taking GHD off the list of acceptable exercises too since its the preacher curl of the leg. they are joining, pullups, dead lifts, squats, bench press, overhead press and couple others of no go exercises now....guess i need to just do cardio, this weight lifting shite is way way too dangerous.
