Me and my buddy are hitting 250 pushups and 250 squats in weighted vests in honor of the 250th.

I know its not much, but i am old and not on TRT, so this feels like the right level for me.

Update. I am cooked AF. I have zero cardio endurance and we did this in my buddy's garage gym with no air flow in Houston. The actual reps were not an issue. The heat exhaustion cooked my arse but finished. Not bad for 52 years old.

I work out 4-5 times per wk - aerobic / anaerobic mix.

I would be challenged by 250 push ups. Not the squats so much.

55yo. Don’t know what TRT is or is not.

Way to go!

My trainer, myself, and a coworker did a variation of this Thursday. It whooped my arse.


250 weighted push ups might kill me
