Anyone else watching? Already some incredible lifts in competition and training hall. Watching live is a pain, but there looks to be some good battles in the upcoming days.

That training footage was absolutely insane. I did Olympic lifting for a long time and 2 blue plates on snatch and 3 blue plates on C&J felt like it was going to crush my spine, it’s unfathomable to me that a human’s body can handle that kind of weight relatively casually
